CCI Program Registration Overview
CCI Program Registration is a five-step process:
ALL DUAL ENROLLMENT FORMS DUE MAY 1, 2024
Step One: 2024-2025 CCI Program Application
Step Two: West Georgia Technical College Application
Step Three: 2024-2025 SPA/funding Application Student Section
Step Four: 2024-2025 SPA/funding Application Parent Section
Step Five: DCSS Dual Enrollment Video and Agreement
All applications and agreements must be submitted for your registration to be considered complete. The process will take approximately 1-2 hours to complete and will require the help of a parent. Be sure to read all directions carefully before completing/submitting your applications. Errors may prevent your application from being viewed or processed.
Items needed to complete the application(s): the student's social security number and the student's GAFutures.org account login information (username and password). If the student has a social security number, it must be provided when asked. The student's social security number is what the state uses to track student information and Dual Enrollment funding. If the student does not have a social security number, please leave the question blank. If you have questions regarding the use/need for the student's social security number, please reach out to the CCI counselor.
All applications are considered on a first come first serve basis. Applicants must meet all admission requirements for their applications to be approved. Enrollment status notification is sent out in mid to late May each year via the student's DCSS email.
