Early Childhood Mission Statement
The Douglas County Preschool Program is an inclusive program for both typically developing students and students identified with special needs. Each classroom serves approximately 15 students with a teaching staff of 3-4 adults.
The mission of the Early Childhood Preschool Program is to provide an educational foundation for young children and to develop relationships among families, staff and community for individual student achievement.

DCSD Preschool Registration
The Douglas County Preschool Program is an inclusive program for both typically developing students and students identified with special needs.
The length of class is a 2-hour 45-minute session, morning or afternoon. Our 60 Preschool classrooms are located in DCSD buildings throughout the school district.
$170 for 2 days per week
$340 for 4 days per week
Need financial assistance? Complete the first portion of the Preschool Registration process which is the online survey. Within the online survey, you can indicate if you'd like the application for the Colorado Preschool Program (CPP) which provides financial assistance for eligible families at DCSD Preschool.
