Kate Speir has been the Program Manager of Lion's Club since July 2008. During her time with the program we have significantly increased enrollment and become nationally accredited. Kate is a Colorado native who enjoys spending her free time with her three kids (Carlos, age 8 and Lila & Camila, age 5)! In her free time, you can find Kate at the Barre Studio or educating others on the importance of safer beauty products.

Matthew Bacon has worked in the Lion's Club program since November 2014. In 2016, he was promoted to Assistant Program Manager and was an integral part in helping the program become accredited. Matthew attended Metro State University where he studied History. In his free time, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelsy and their dog, Chuck, playing trivia with friends, and working on his truck.

Brandon Rios has worked in the Lion's Club Program since October 2018. During that time, Brandon has become an important presence in both our before and after school program. When not with the kids, you can find Brandon drawing or watching the Broncos! Fun fact, Brandon is a comic book fanatic and knows all things Marvel & DC.

Will Jones joined the team in October of 2020. Will is a Senior at Highlands Ranch High School who loves watching and playing sports in his free time. You will see Will's smiling face in the after school program as well as full days. Fun fact, Will was an everyday Lion's Club kid when he was a student at Lone Tree Elementary.

Andy Schoenherr is the newest staff at Lion's Club. He joined the team in August 2021. You will see Andy in all our programs: before school, after school, and full days. While not working with kids, Andy attends ACC where he is majoring in business. He is also an Eagle Scout and with his family, runs the scouts yearly derby races. Fun Fact: Andy's mom is our much loved kitchen manager at LTE, Miss Kitty!
