More About Mrs. Huston
My name is Allison Huston and I love learning! Practically a native of Colorado, I was raised in Colorado Springs, graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) and earned my teaching degree from Metro State University. Additionally, I have a master's degree in Arts Integration from Lesley University. After six years of teaching in San Francisco, my husband, Toby, and I returned to the Denver area to be near our families.

Our son, Ezra, just graduated from CSU. Our daughter, Claire, is a sophomore at Southeastern Louisiana University. A love for soccer and traveling has taken us across the U.S., Mexico and Europe.

Although this is my second year teaching third grade, I have been working with students in Douglas County since 1995. Each year has been special and unique. Before joining the Pine Grove community, I taught second grade at Bear Canyon in Highlands Ranch.
