Sarah Huff Lombardo serves as the Marketing Specialist for the Georgia Department of Community Supervision's External Affairs Division. Since joining the agency in 2019, Sarah Huff has helped shape and strengthen public understanding of DCS through strategic communications, branding, content development, photography, digital media, and public relations.
With a background in marketing, communications, and graphic design, Sarah Huff specializes in translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content that connects with diverse audiences. Her work blends visual storytelling, strategic messaging, and brand management to increase awareness of community supervision and the department's role within Georgia's criminal justice system.
Throughout her tenure with DCS, Sarah Huff has played a key role in developing and maintaining the agency's brand identity, leading content creation initiatives, overseeing social media strategy, supporting public information efforts, and producing digital and visual resources that strengthen communication across the agency and with external audiences. She contributes to the ongoing development of the DCS Research and Innovation Hub and serves as its website designer and administrator, supporting efforts to make research, data, and innovative practices more accessible and engaging for staff, partners, and community members.
Sarah Huff is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision, the American Probation and Parole Association, the National Information Officers Association, and the Government Social Media Association.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Information Sciences with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of Alabama.
Outside of work, Sarah Huff enjoys photography, gardening, and reading. She lives in Monroe, Georgia, with her husband, Angelo, their daughter, Leigh Christian, and their dog, Roni.
