SMS Counseling Center

At Silverado Middle School, our Counseling Department is dedicated to supporting the academic, social-emotional, and personal growth of every student. Our goal is to help students successfully transition to high school and to serve as a bridge between home and school, whether that means collaborating with teachers, supporting families, or connecting students to outside resources.

We offer interventions and services designed to promote a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Counselors are available to meet with students and parents by appointment. The Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:35 a.m. to 2:35 p.m. during the school year, or by appointment as needed.

Parents can contact your child’s counselor by calling the school office at (916) 780-2620 or emailing them directly.
