Dr. M. J. Duncan

I am Dr. M. J. Duncan and I am honored and humbled to have the opportunity to live my dream. I absolutely love teaching!

I have had the privilege to teach in the Decatur County Public School System for many years. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Florida A & M University, Tallahassee, Florida. I earned my Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Broward County, Florida.

I am here to support my students' and their families' as they learn and grow on this academic journey. It is my belief that if a child learns to read (comprehend) and problem solve, there are unlimited possibilities for them.
