Mental Health Ambassador Training

The 4-session training aimed to equip students to promote mental health messages in school and care about peers' mental health. They learnt about the basic knowledge of stress and some common mental disorders, the myths in the society on the mental health topics, and how can they support peers around who appeared to have emotional disturbances.
