Contacts
Leaders of Wellbeing and Pastoral Care teachers are able to be contacted by email as first preference.
Parents are asked to contact their son by ringing the school rather than calling them on their mobile phone. This is less disruptive to the learning environment.
Please phone the College reception for general enquiries - College Phone Number: 99775111
Please phone the College reception if you would like to speak with a teacher or a Leader of Wellbeing for more sensitive issues or further information.
Student Absences
It is imperative that the attendance of each boy enrolled at the College is accounted for every day. If your son is going to be away from school I ask that you follow procedure:
· if your son is absent then please log into COMPASS or telephone the College by 10:00am to inform us of the situation.
· please make requests for exemption from attendance at school to the Principal well in advance of any proposed absence. The Exemption from Attendance at School application form is available on the College website
· please avoid requesting leave during term time as this will disrupt your son’s studies
The COMPASS Kiosk which is located in the Student Reception will be used for late arrivals and early departures
