Hi! My name is Emily Caicedo and I'm so happy to be teaching 4th grade. 23-24 school year will be my 23 year teaching and my 13 year at Shady Grove. I have primarily taught 3-5 grades and I still can't decide which one is my favorite. I received my B.S degree in Elementary and Special Education from SUNY Geneseo (NY State University) and my Masters degree in Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University.
When I'm not teaching, I'm enjoying my time with my husband and son. We love to travel locally and internationally and we are a dual language family.
I am excited about working with a wonderful team of teachers and at the best elementary school in Davie County.
