This Privacy Policy describes how ClickWars Royale (“the Game,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use the Game, which is operated on Render.com.
By accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
“User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Game.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by applicable law.
“Processing” means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
“Service Providers” includes Render.com and other entities engaged to support the Game.
Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and log data.
Gameplay Data: Scores, moves, and actions performed during gameplay.
No Direct Collection of Sensitive Data: We do not intentionally collect payment information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data.
Depending on your location, our processing of Personal Data is based on:

Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – to provide the Game.

As the Game is hosted on Render.com, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. By using the Game, you consent to such transfers, including to the United States, where data protection laws may differ.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.
The Game is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of such changes.
