DCSD Mentoring and Induction Program Website

The mission of the TLCS Mentoring Program is to facilitate a collaborative partnership between a mentor and beginning educator. Mentors will support, motivate, empower, and encourage new teachers and promote high quality instruction which will positively impact student achievement.

Our three main goals are:

  1. Improve Teaching Performance
  2. Enhance Student Achievement
  3. Increase Teacher Retention
