What you should be doing right now to get ready
There are two ways to participate in Mario Kart 8:
Team Duos races with six people in a race at a time, trying to gather as many points as possible
Weekly time Trials againsts students from all over the state of Iowa.
The Mario Kart Season runs from March to May.

Play! Specifically, play online.
We play most of our matches online, so getting used to that environment is really useful.
Practice all of the different tracks! Any one of them can be used, so make sure you are trying them all out. DLC tracks are permitted.
Students will need to sign the community guidelines, and guardians will need to sign the permission form and media waiver in order for the student to participate.
