DC Girls Empowerment Group

The mission of the DC Girls Empowerment Group is to prepare students to become productive and participating citizens in society.  The goal is to inspire students to achieve to their fullest potential.  This will be accomplished by teaching character development, learning leadership, social skills, and participating in community service projects.  Furthermore, our students will be encouraged to find their individual strengths and interests.  We provide an avenue to grow these talents by introducing them to positive mentors in our community.  Our meetings are held every Wednesday from 10:00-10:30am.
