SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Allows showing the lock screen overlay.
READ_PHONE_STATE: Ensures incoming calls interrupt the lock screen properly.
INTERNET: Downloads resources, syncs configurations, and license checks.

Foreground Service Usage
The app uses a foreground service (LockScreenService) to maintain lock screen and voice authentication reliability. A persistent notification is always shown. Microphone access only occurs when Voice Lock is enabled.
