This was a small study for a new entrance to an existing landmark headquarters office complex in San Francisco. A law office was considering subleasing some space but wanted a separate dedicated entrance if it was to do so. There was topography to deal with, and level changes, as well as accessibility and servicing. This was a small project, almost insignificant, but it was right on the Embarcadero waterfront along a well travelled public walkway. It was thus important given its visibility. Options were developed and priced out as part of negotiations.
