iPad Help

This is the place for help with a stubborn iPad or a forgotten username or password!

Does it seem like your iPad is working against you or is "glitchy"? Here are some suggestions that might help solve the problem.


  1. Check to see if your iPad is updated. If it is not, update it.

*How do I check? Tap Settings and then General. If an update is needed, there will be a red circle after Software Update.

*If you see a red circle after Software Update, tap the circle and follow the prompts.


  1. If your iPad is updated and still acting up, find the Relay Agent app on your iPad. If the Relay Agent app is grayed out, follow the steps below:

*Press on the Relay Agent app until a pop up menu appears.

*Select the option to "cancel download."

*Be patient while your apps refresh.


  1. If your iPad is still problematic, try a hard reset.

*Hold the power button and home button down until the screen goes black and the white Apple Logo appears.

*Your iPad will turn off and then turn back on.


  1. If none of these suggestions work, put in a Help Desk work order.

*Fill in the work order form. It is very important that you provide enough details to fully explain the problem you are having with your iPad.

*You should receive a response by email in 24 hours (Monday - Friday).

Did you forget your email, username, or password? Don’t worry. Check Schoology or SeeSaw for a message from Ms. Murdock or put in a help desk work order.
