Welcome back to another wonderful year! This year will be filled with adventures, journeys and awesome experiences when you explore our Learning Commons! As your media specialist I encourage you to come and visit to see what we have to offer.

Your ELA teachers will schedule your class to come for book exchange bi-monthly. Of course, you are welcome to come during your individual time, also. You will have many special project assignments from other classes. Researching and finding new facts for your projects is going to be so exciting!

Challenge yourself to explore different genres this year, and go where you've never gone before. There are surprises awaiting you in every book.

I enjoy reading mysteries and biographies. Really, I can read about anything, as long as it intrigues me -- even stories from Ripley's Believe It or Not, Bizarre Bodies. This summer I spent two weeks in Hilton Head Island. I enjoyed myself immensely. Come by and share what you did this summer. I'll see you soon!!!!!
