All Things Tech @ DHS
Welcome to Darien High School’s iPad and Technology site. Here, you’ll find all sorts of resources for not only using iPads, but also for understanding how technology can help enhance pedagogy and create meaningful learning experiences for students.
NEWS AND UPDATES
You can now annotate documents directly in Apple's word processor application Pages.
Apple's Schoolwork app will work similarly to Google Classroom, but it can also go a step further and allow you to assign and assess in-app class activities like a Kahoot! quiz, AR geometry exploration, and Nearpod lessons.
In conjunction with educators, Apple is designing curriculum material that focuses on project-based learning; video, photography, music, and drawing will be the highlights for content creation on iPads.
