One-on-one personalized coaching to get you through life's biggest opportunities. The opportunity to thrive as you embrace the idea of evolving your life and leadership to the next level. As your coaching team, we leverage our skills and experience to support your big moves.

It all begins with a consultation to shape your coaching experience. We will establish frequency, initial goals for you, and an estimated timeline to get there. Each 45-minute session is $150, and you can pay per session or purchase a block of sessions at a negotiated rate. Each session comes with follow-up support and questions between sessions over text message.

White Sheets: An Identity in Crisis

In 2010, Jennifer began working with a coach who helped her shape the picture of her ideal life. The first action she took was to buy white sheets for her bed, inspired by the picture of peace she had in her mind. Two years later, she left her six-figure corporate job to open a "crystal store" and coaching practice, shifted to co-parenting instead of marriage, and gave up most of her material possessions. Today, life looks much different again, but the picture of the ideal life is still holding strong. In this session, Jennifer walks participants through how to navigate massive professional and personal shifts while keeping the ideal front and center.
