The role of a Line Manager (LM) in Danes Educational Trust involves a duty of care of direct reports in keeping with the our shared values. We have created these materials to support those with line management responsibility. The Human Resources team are always available and willing to support as required and assist all line managers to fulfil their responsibilities.
