Job title: Learning Support Practitioner

Pay range: H3 Point 5 £25,583 + £1,045 Fringe Allowance (FTE), pro rata

13.5 hours a week (Term time plus INSET)

Working pattern: Thursday 8.30 - 15.30 & Friday 8.30 - 15.30

Actual Salary: £8,310.32 including fringe allowance

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Practitioner on a permanent basis to join our friendly, dedicated SEN Team to support students in mainstream lessons up to GCSE and in small intervention groups.

We would like you to have:

Experience of ICT (Microsoft Excel, Word & Google Workspace) and willingness to be trained on school IT systems
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE English and Maths or equivalent)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate on all levels
Ability to understand the needs of students, staff and visiting professionals
Ability to be flexible in approach and to work as part of a team
