We are looking to appoint casual invigilators who must be able to commit to working during the main exam periods of April, May and June and who are able to work during ad hoc periods during January and February.
Main duties and responsibilities
Supervise examinations and ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions
Prepare exam rooms
Distribute papers and stationery
Advise candidates of exam conditions
Observe students during the exam ensuring that all regulatory requirements are adhered to
Assist with collecting of scripts and tidying the exam room in readiness for the following session
Those undertaking Reader responsibilities will read exam instructions and questions aloud, accurately and clearly
Scribes produce accurate, verbatim transcripts of answers dictated by the pupil
Compliance
The post holder is required to be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection; health and safety; confidentiality; and data protection and report all concerns to an appropriate person.

All staff are required to participate in training and other learning activities and in performance management and development as required by the Trust’s policies and practices.
