Early American Wars

Welcome to Mr. Shipley's Early American Wars Website!  Here you will find everything you need to be successful in Early American Wars Class!  

This course examines early American Wars and how they have helped shape and evolve the United States through the Civil War (1865). In this course, we will examine all conflicts involving the United States between the war for independence and WWI. There will be a special focus on The American Revolution, the war of 20 1812, the Civil War, The Spanish American War and WWI. In this course we will examine these conflicts with depth that is not afforded to us in the general American History Courses and the lasting effects that they have had on the United States. Prerequisites: World Studies and Modern United States History.
