TSI Pre-assessment
All Students must complete the TSI Pre-assessment in eConnect before their first testing session. They will not be able to test if they have not completed the Pre-assessment. Please complete this ASAP.
Steps to complete Pre-assessment
Students who have never signed into eConnect before must set up their account. 1st time eConnect students should go to this link
Underneath "My eConnect Account" menu, click "Set up my eConnect Account"
Fill in the "Last Name" "Birth Date" and "7-Digit Colleague ID"
Your "7-Digit Colleague ID" is your DCCCD ID number you received when you applied to Brookhaven
You can find you DCCCD ID here
If your DCCCD ID says "TBA" we are still waiting on your ID number from the college. This is not an issue. You will complete the pre-assessment when we have your ID. Mr. Hedric will let you know. If your ID says "TBA" you do not have to complete the pre-assessment right now
Fill out the mandatory information including new password. All passwords should be "Longhorn2025!" for 9th graders and "Longhorn2024!" for 10th graders
Once your account has been set up go to this link and click "Log in" in top left hand corner
Underneath the "Prepare to register" Menu click on the "Pre-Assessment Quiz" link
Check the box next to "I Certify" down at the bottom and click "Submit"
The score you get on the Pre-assessment is not important. Do not waste too much time or energy on the practice questions. It is just important that the pre-assessment is completed before your first testing date. You will not be able to test if you have not completed the pre-assessment
