Ed Ready is our main resource in preparing for both TSI assessments. All summer bridge students should already have an account, if you do not have an account follow the instructions and create a new account. Accounts are free.
Students should be spending as much free time in school in Edready as possible
In order for new students to get started using EdReady, you need to do the following:
Click the link to EdReady link above or navigate to disd.edready.org and click Get Started.
After creating your account, you will receive an email confirmation with an activation link.
After logging in you will be prompted to enter a goal key. The goal key for all WT White students is white (all lowercase). You will be able to access both the math and reading study paths with that one code. And you'll only need to enter the goal key one time to add it to your dashboard.
There is a walkthrough video and a student quick start guide at the bottom of the disd.edready.org main page if you need assistance.
For instructors or administrators who need assistance, you can reference the Instructor User Guide in the Help Center as well as a quick start guide. There are also video tutorials to help explain the available reports in EdReady.
This goal has two different study paths, one for math and one for English. Each study paths begin with an initial diagnostic where EdReady gathers the information it needs to build you a personalized learning experience.
9th Graders should work on "English Readiness" until they pass the English TSI Assessment
10 Graders should focus on both "English Readiness" and "Math Readiness" paths
TestPrepReview.com
Testprepreview.com has a variety of practice TSI (Accuplacer) tests
Kahn Academy
Kahn Academy had self-paced programs and videos for students to review specific topics. I have included links to specific topics, but students can search for more specific topics and don't need to complete each section completely
