STEP 1: Are you connected to the internet?

Before we start let's make sure you can connect your Chromebook to your WiFi internet network

The video to the left contains the instructions to connect your Chromebook to your wireless router or WiFi hot spot, this is important to getting the best experience. This video walks you through the steps to get your Chromebook connected to the internet.

STEP 2: Log in to Clever to find your online classroom

(PowerSchool Learning or Google Classroom)

Clever is the portal where our district's digital resources can be found... all in one place. Students should use their district assigned email to access online resources. Students should not create personal emails for the purpose of accessing online content.

First login into Clever then find either PowerSchool Learning or Google Classroom

STEP 4: Zoom with your Teachers...if requested

Families with a student needing Internet hotspot or a Chromebook can submit the form below

Dallas ISD is assisting students who are in need of Internet access. The link below allows a student to submit a request for a district provided hotspot. Parents and students will be contacted with information on hotspot distribution once approved.

Please note that priority access will be given based on grade level, starting with high school seniors. Only one hotspot per household will be distributed.
