INSURANCE INFORMATION

NEW PATIENTS - We take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna (not individual plans), and private pay/fee for service

Many BCBS and Aetna are outsourcing mental health benefits and therefore may not cover these visits, check with your insurance first

Currently scheduling new patients 4-6 weeks out.

We are a small boutique practice and that allows us to get to know our patients and their families.

We are unable to handle crisis care due to the small size and nature of this office practice. If you anticipate that your child may need more flexibility and availability than this office is able to offer, we recommend you take that into consideration.

Payment/Insurance:

We currently accept most major private insurance plans. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance please contact us.

​If we do not accept your insurance plan we will be happy to provide you with a receipt to send to your carrier for reimbursement. We would be considered an out of network provider for plans other than Aetna or Blue Cross Blue Shield. It may be helpful to check with your insurance company prior to scheduling an appointment to confirm the reimbursement amount will be acceptable to you. To check with your insurance company, look on your insurance card for the phone number for "members" to call.

If you do not have insurance, we would be happy to provide you with our fee for services rates. Co-payments and Fee for Service payments are expected at the time of service and can be made with credit card, debit card or cash.

Any cancellations less than 24hours or no shows will be charged upto a $100 fee.
