USE THIS DOC FOR PLANNING YOUR REFLECTION VIDEO
Types of lessons to choose:
- A skill your students are struggling on
- A topic you don't feel comfortable teaching.
- A lesson that you want to revamp
- A time of the day that is the hardest for you or your students
- Anything you want to see from a student's perspective
Possible tools to use:
- Desktop computer - Use QuickTime software, select "Movie Recording" turn screen towards what you want to capture, save video to your desktop.
- iPad - Put the iPad an iPad stand (check out from LMC and/or TLC), record using the camera app.
- Chromebook - Use internal camera.
- Cell phones - Not recommended if students will be recorded.

USE THIS DOC FOR YOUR REFLECTION
Sample questions to ask yourself:
- How clear are my instructions for activities?
- How clearly do I communicate the big ideas in a lesson?
- Do I get off track at all? How often?
- What are students doing as I’m speaking?
- Does my method of instruction seem appropriate for the content and goal I have in mind?
- What is the teacher/student ratio between how much doing/moving/talking is happening?

1. Complete Steps 1, 2, & 3 from the LEARN section. Make sure to use the Pre Video Reflection Doc and the Post Video Reflection Doc.
2. Meet with your TLC discuss your reflection from your video session. You do not need to share the video with the TLC. Please bring your Pre and Post docs from Step 1 above.
