Palisade Soccer is on theUp and Up Again

The Palisade Soccer team has had a rough start going 4-0 but this last Tuesday the team went up to Delta. They came away with their first win beating Delta 4-0 putting them at 1-5 but they are still 0-4 in their league. Joe Bravo a junior on the team says “ I'm pretty devastated” When asked about how he thought the team's performance has been so far, but when asked how Joe felt about the win he said “It’s a huge boost for the team giving us the motivation to get out there and try harder it’s bringing us up as a team and we’re focusing on communication” The win seems to have boost morale overall for the team and they are ready to get back on the field and get more wins with a seemingly “very young team” as Joe Bravo put it. And when asked about the team overall Joe said: “I feel pretty great about the team they show a lot of potential and I believe they will excel throughout the years and season and this win will definitely help.” Having the first win can be the best feeling and for the team, it is for having a so-far struggling year. Their minds are set on going back on the field and dominating the competition, whether it be winning or not they just want to be able to prove that they are a great team. This first win is a great start to a great season and comeback.
