Let the Homecoming Royalty begin with our hoco nominees and the elected Kings and Queens. Our royals will have their special walk during our Homecoming football game the 7th of October.
Let’s begin with the Seniors shall we? As this is the last homecoming our seniors will be attending in high school, it’s an amazing opportunity to be elected homecoming King and Queen. Furthermore, let’s start giving these seniors the recognition they deserve. As our magnificent Queen we have Mikaela Buxton. In addition to the Queen we have our impressive King, Paolo Reitz.
Our King for our seniors, Paolo Reitz, has never run or been elected to be a royal before, so the timing was just perfect with this being his senior year. Paolo said in an interview, “I’m pretty excited about being in royalty, I’d figured I would run for it I guess so I’m pretty excited.” Paolo is excited to be royalty but he was definitely surprised because he didn’t feel as if he was popular enough to actually be elected, so when he was elected king it came as a surprise.
For our Junior royals our exquisite Queen is Adora Cameron. In addition to our superb King, Connor Moseley. These juniors have an amazing opportunity to be royals during their junior year. Adora Cameron had a few words to say in her interview, “I was kind of surprised to be elected but at the same time I wasn’t because I posted about it on my story and I have the votes of my friends.” All in all, who wouldn’t be excited to be elected as a royal? These elected royals had just that chance to feel like actual kings and queens.
