Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) is an innovative partnership between Mesa County Valley School District, Western Colorado Community College, and local high-growth industry employers.
Why P-TECH?
Graduate with a high school diploma and an industry-recognized associate degree from Western Colorado Community College
Gain relevant workplace skills through mentorships and internships
Complete one Pathway Experience towards earning an Endorsement
Students have up to six years from when they begin high school to finish their P-TECH program. Students may apply during their 8th-11th grade years and begin their coursework the following fall.
P-TECH programs are considered Pathway Experiences in the following Academies and their Pathways:
Construction Electrical
Construction Technology
Electric Lineworker
Information and Communication Technology
Land Surveying and Geomatics
Veterinary Technology
Wildland Fire Management
Early Childhood Education
Medical Lab Technician
Medical Office Assistant
