CADET LEADERSHIP POSITIONS/PROMOTIONS 

Cadets must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 and not fail more than one class for the current academic quarter to be considered for promotion or to be selected for (or stay in) any leadership position. Leadership positions include both Battalion and Company level positions. Leadership Lab is designed for Cadets to participate in their Junior and Senior years of High School. Positions include Battalion Commander, Battalion Executive Officer, Battalion Operations Officer, Battalion Supply Operations Officer, Battalion Security Officer, Battalion Communications Officer, Battalion Media Relations Officer, Battalion Command Sergeant Major, and Battalion Operations Sergeant Major as primary leadership positions with each position having as assistant Officer or Noncommissioned Officer to provide support with their assigned roles and responsibilities. Cadets can apply for potential leadership positions at the end of their Sophomore year of high school.
