*For students in special education programs, your student's attendance days and hours may differ from general education hours and will be communicated directly via your child's teacher.

ATTENDANCE HOURS*

Middle School AM

Onsite attendance: 9:00-11:30 a.m.

Students will have approximately 2.5 hours of asynchronous remote instruction each day as part of their required educational programming in addition to their onsite attendance hours. A student support period will also be integrated.

Middle School PM

Onsite attendance: 12:45-3:15 p.m.

Students will have approximately 2.5 hours of asynchronous remote instruction each day as part of their required educational programming in addition to their attendance hours. A student support period will also be integrated.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

TRANSPORTATION*

If route information, for qualified bus riders, has not yet been communicated to your family, it will be communicated the week before returning to in-person learning. This communication will come from your child's school.

*If students are eligible for special transportation per their IEP and have elected to use this, families will be contacted by Septran with pick up and drop off times prior to their first day of in person learning.

MEAL DISTRIBUTION

Meal pickup is available for families at all District 45 schools each Wednesday between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Lunch and breakfast for seven days will be bagged together.

District 45 will serve meals to all children 18 and under. Children do not have to attend a District 45 school to receive a meal. Only one pick-up per student will be allowed.

You may pick up meals at any District 45 school. Signs will be posted at all schools to identify the location for pick-up. Face coverings must be worn and social distancing must be practiced while out of vehicles and standing in line for meals.
