Tryout Dates

• The Mandatory Tryout Clinic and Tryouts will be held August 13-15 from 2-3:30 in the 7/8th grade center cafeteria.

Important Information:

• Athletes must have a current physical, insurance waiver, and emergency form on file with the school in order to tryout and practice
  • Required Agreement to Participate in Sports
  • Physical Form IHSA/IESA Pre-participation Examination
  • Emergency Info and Insurance Waiver / Información en Caso de Emergencia
