On February 25, 2021, three teams from Wauconda High School, participated in the 3rd annual Battle of the Books competition. It was the first time the Battle had been done remotely. Team Sherlock Teens came in 1st place overall. "Metaphors Be With You" came in 3rd place and "Perfictionists" came in 4th place.
