Sev doesn’t remember how he ended up out in the wasteland, but he swears that he was a part of the RSOA up until his late twenties. His memories are foggy and his vision isn’t fantastic, but he’s a skilled survivor. He scavenges for various things to trade, and has adopted an escaped SR, considering her his little sister. He’s had a bounty on his head for a while from Medusa, him and one of their mercenaries playing a long game of cat and mouse. He’s not even sure what he did to deserve a bounty, but he is determined not to get caught.
