Subramanian (Subbu) Ramakrishnan

Our research group is engaged in analytical and computational studies of Dynamics and Control of nonlinear and stochastic phenomena from an engineering perspective. Our interests span a spectrum of areas where nonlinearity, randomness and the interactions between them play a critical role such as: Bio-inspired Swarm Robotics, Soft Robotics, Dynamics of Nano and Micro-Scale Electromechanical Systems (NEMS/MEMS), Vibration Energy Harvesting and Analysis of the human brain EEG signal. Please follow the links for more specific information and publications. Please contact Dr. Ramakrishnan if you are interested in exploring research opportunities within our group.
