Meet the Facilitator:

Anjoli Punjabi, PharmD

Anjoli Punjabi is a clinical pharmacist with a diverse background in public health and population health. She currently works at MOBE, an integrated health and wellness company where she is providing comprehensive medication management services and developing clinical programs using population health strategies.

She graduated in 2017 with her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master’s in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Anjoli then completed the Pharmaceutical Care Leadership Residency where she started two practices embedded in Federally Qualified Healthcare Center clinics to optimize medication use in underserved communities. She previously started a diabetes prevention program at Little Earth of United Tribes and served as a Teach For America Twin Cities corps member. She is passionate about research and programs that reduce health disparities and improve medication use.

Group accomplishments:

  • Communication with the CoP to send a message to students, faculty, and staff that discrimination against API individuals in relation to COVID-19 would not be tolerated.

  • Met three times to discuss challenges and barriers that the API community faces at the CoP and University. Working on an action plan to address challenges and find opportunities.
