The D79: Think B.I.G. Team is all about:
- Blended learning – team members will learn how to provide instruction through a combination of traditional classroom materials and digital/online materials, with more student control over the time, place, path or pace of their learning
- Interdisciplinary courses – team members will work together to develop courses that combine learning standards from two or more departments into a single course
- Google tools –team members will become certified experts in Google tools, which are free and accessible everywhere there is internet

We learned more about Drive, Docs, Forms and Classroom; we learned about the Google Applied Digital Skills Curriculum and we got a preview of the future of Ed Tech in the NYC DOE.
