The main topic was broken down into three discussions. Speakers were identified and invited to contribute to each of the three sessions. The content of their contribution was agreed but the design of their speech was totally up to the speakers. Some aimed to incorporate interactive elements such as short quizzes. The seminars were held online via a zoom link  during lunch time. Each session had one or two speakers who presented their ideas on the topic, followed by a discussion with the public session. It was important for participants and speakers to have access to technology in order to access the event.

The design and implementation of the series was a participatory process including relevant stakeholders - internal.  Due to the topic the series aimed to broaden knowledge and awareness on topics such as inclusion and diversity. 

Constraints may include the online setting but this made it possible to invite speakers from abroad. Other challenges include the timing of the event which was difficult to choose as we were to have participants from different countries.
