The CVUSD Strategic Plan is a long-term framework that guides the district’s goals, priorities, and actions over a four-year period. It helps ensure that our work is focused, aligned, and centered on student success.
The 2026–2030 Strategic Plan will build on our district’s strengths while addressing areas for growth. It will serve as a shared roadmap for how CVUSD supports teaching and learning, allocates resources, and partners with our community.

The CVUSD Strategic Plan is being developed through a collaborative process led by the Superintendent’s Office. This work is strengthened by the voices and perspectives of our entire school community.

The CVUSD Board of Education will review and adopt the final Strategic Plan.

How You Can Share Your Input
Community input is essential to the development of the CVUSD Strategic Plan 2026–2030. We are committed to creating multiple opportunities for students, staff, families, and community members to share their perspectives and ideas.
Opportunities to participate may include:
Online surveys available in multiple languages
School-based meetings and listening sessions
Community forums and focus groups
All feedback will be reviewed, summarized, and used to identify key themes that will guide the development of the Strategic Plan.
