BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
Complete an activities contract (make sure outside guest info is complete and have your parent sign it - then get it approved by any administrator.)
Make sure your name does not appear on the NO GO LIST.
Fill out the PROM REQUEST FORM or drop by the ASB Room and speak with Mrs. Romero
There will be NO REFUNDS for your ticket. If you end up on the NO GO List or you cannot attend, you WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Grad Nite 2023
Date: Friday, June 2nd to Saturday, June 3rd
Location: Disneyland + California Adventure
Departure Time: 9am - Friday, June 2nd - Please arrive at school by 8:30am
Arrive back @ LEU: 3:30am - Saturday, June 3rd

Leuzinger Graduation
Class of 2023
Date: Wednesday, June 7th
Location: Leuzinger High School ~ Main Campus
Time: 5 pm (doors will open at 4pm)
Caps + gowns will be provided by the district.
Make sure to attend school when they are distributed in June.

Senior Portraits
ALL SENIORS should make an appointment to have their senior formal (drape or tux) photo included in the Yearbook.
Final on-campus appointment is Tuesday - Oct. 11th from 2pm-7pm
Contact Mrs. Romero to sign up!!
Deadline to submit your Senior Portrait for the Yearbook is November 4th.
The Carson Studio is still setting appointments.

Lost your ID?
Need to order photos from Picture Day?
Student ID reprints are $5 in the Student Store.
Contact Ms. Romero to make an appointment.
If you are having issues with your Student ID, contact Ms. Romero.
In order to get access to your pictures from Picture Day, please call 1-800-736-4753 (customer service) and provide them with the Picture Day ID:
You will need to answer some questions to verify that you are the student/parent/guardian, and then you will be provided with a Portrait ID and Access Code to order the pictures online.

Clubs needing approval during 2nd semester will be approved at the discretion of ASB
Drop by the ASB Room (A-127) if you have any questions or need help with the approval process.
Remember, your club needs to be approved by ASB before any events and spending happen.
