• The Senator for Records and Documentation shall handle this committee;

• The committee shall be responsible for all the administrative work necessary to guarantee the organization and communication lines of the association;

• The committee shall take charge of writing, keeping, and verifying all the official documents of the association, and make them accessible to the student body; and

• The committee shall ensure that meetings, events, and other proceedings of the association are well organized and recorded.
