• The Senator for Internal Affairs shall handle this committee;

• The committee shall ensure that all officers and associates adhere to the Constitution and standing resolutions, orders, and policies of the association;

• The committee shall guarantee productive involvement and assure the welfare, rights, interests, and development of each officer and associate to foster effective and harmonious connection and work environment;

• The committee shall oversee the entirety of the officer evaluation process to ensure healthy relations within the association and the productivity of the associates;

• The committee shall validate and investigate the complaints received regarding an officer or associate of the association, adhering to the to the due process of law, and raise the case to the Judicial Board if deemed necessary.
