Act 166 Registration

🛑 Please Read before you begin...⚠️

• Registration for RETURNING Students: 

Families must reapply for Act 166 funding each school year. Returning families will be asked to verify information provided in the previous school year. 

If you have moved to a new address within the district, please be prepared to upload Proof of Residency Documentation (see details below regarding  acceptable documents). Proof of residency is not required if you are still at the same address.

• Registration for NEW Students (first time you are registering your child with CVSD):

1) Be prepared to upload Proof of Residency documentation (required to submit the form)

• Acceptable documentation: https://www.cvsdvt.org/registration-cvsd/proof-of-residency 

2) Fill out a Home Language Survey and be ready to upload (required to submit the form)

• Select the VT Agency of Education Home Language Survey in your preferred format below:

  • Home Language Survey (Fillable PDF) - Download, complete, then print as a PDF (or take a screenshot)

2026-2027 School Year CVSD Act 166 Registration 

(Sept. 2026 - June 2027)
