Students, this infographic explains the Activity Proposal & Promotional Request (APPR) "behind the scenes" process that ALL activities and promotional requests go through at CVHS. Having an established process for communication is critical in a large organization.

Important Takeaways for Students:

• Communicate with your advisor. Help your advisor complete the APPR Form 3-weeks in advance of your event. Don't go Rogue!

• Get working on Promotional Content. Creating high quality content takes time and talent. Work with others to make impactful, positive, and inspirational posts that attract the largest audience possible. Remember, No Bear Left Behind!

• Get your Content to the SoMe Team Early! We need your posts the Wednesday before the week you want your content to go public. If you have your posts ready when you complete the APPR form, upload your content into the form. If not, email the post content to robenchain@cvsd.org or mlarsen@cvsd.org.
