Maintenance Technician On-site - Repairs HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and other maintenance issues. EPA Certification required (training provided by GCI upon hire). On-site positions require you participate in the on-call rotation.
Maintenance Technician Off-site - Repairs HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and other maintenance issues. EPA Certification required (training provided by GCI upon hire). Off-site positions do not participate on the on-call rotation.
Make Ready Technician - Assists with light maintenance issues with a focus on ensuring apartments reach market ready status.
Leasing Consultant - Assisting potential residents in their journey to find their new home! Customer service, sales experience and computer skills are a definite plus when it comes to this position.
