After a successful year in 2025 CVAS will again be entering teams in the 2026 Gold Coast Kokoda Challenge. The challenge will take place 18th -19th July in the Gold Coast Hinterland. The school will be entering teams in the 30km and 48km events. Participation in the Kokoda Challenge not only increases physical fitness but also fosters the values of courage, endurance, mateship, and sacrifice.
From steep climbs and creek crossings to hours of trekking through tough terrain, each participant must demonstrate remarkable resilience and teamwork. The Challenge is not only a physical and mental test, but also raises funds for the Kokoda Youth Foundation, supporting youth programs across the country.
