Welcome to 5th grade general music for the 2022-23 School year.
This year, all Castro Valley 5th grade students will be participating in the pilot general music program. Our foundations will include beat, rhythm and other musical concepts with the use of the recorder and rhythm sticks. It is the district's hope that starting with a basic foundation, students will flourish in instrumental and choral music in the 6th grade.
